EEA’s Professional Year in Engineering prepares migrant engineers for the Australian workplace. It is the only work-readiness program for engineers legislated by the Australian government.
Across 44 weeks, you’ll spend 32 weeks using online resources and attending workshops, and 12 weeks on a work placement within a host organisation.

The EEA Professional Year in Engineering is open to holders of various visa types. Before applying, contact a migration agent or the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
This program is full fee-paying. CRICOS, HECS and fee-help do not apply.
All applications must be approved by Engineering Education Australia on behalf of Engineers Australia. Certified copies of all supporting documents must be provided.
