EEA in conjunction with Engineers Australia have developed the Capability Development Model for Australian Engineers. The model aligns the stages of an engineering career to the Stages 1, 2 and 3 competencies.

• Align position descriptions to competencies
• Align L&D strategy to career stages and competencies
• Assess readiness to attain Chartered Status
