Helen Woods is the Director and principal of her facilitation and management consultancy, The Strategy Team Pty Ltd. She has had over twenty years experience working in the areas of business development, strategic planning, change management, system capacity building, and leadership development and coaching.

Helen advises corporate teams, professional and industry groups, governance groups and enterprising communities across Australia.  Using her innovative practices and whole systems techniques she helps her clients turn complex situations around by co-creating and designing new work cultures. Helen seeks to help people and groups ‘find their sense of space’; to foster healthy levels of engagement, embrace responsibility whilst valuing performance, knowledge and creativity.
